In March, the BPTO and the National Council of Justice (CNJ) launched the Booklet on Services Placed at the Disposal of the National Council of Justice. In digital format, the booklet contains information on trademarks, industrial designs, geographical indications, patents, utility models, computer programs, the topography of integrated circuits, and technology contracts. The main objective is to facilitate, streamline and reduce bureaucracy between the State Courts and the BPTO in industrial property.
The BPTO will later launch the online course on this matter for public servants and judges of State Justice, in which notions referring to trademarks, industrial designs, patents, and technology contracts, which are frequent in legal disputes, will be presented.
