Presidential decree establishing the ENPI

On December 8th, Presidential Decree No. 10,886, of December 7th, 2021, was published in the Federal Official Gazette, establishing the National Intellectual Property Strategy (ENPI) for the period 2021 to 2030, “to define long-term actions for the coordinated action of the bodies and entities of the direct federal, autarchic and foundational public administration, to establish an effective and balanced National Intellectual Property System”.
