Registration is still open for the workshop “Contemporary Issues on Intellectual Property Law”, the first event of the recent partnership between the ABPI and EMERJ (Rio de Janeiro State Magistracy School). The event is free and will take place on December 6th, 7th, 9th, and 10th, from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. (BRT) online, but there are also exclusive (and limited) places for ABPI members in the EMERJ auditorium.
The workshop will address issues involving standard-essential patents, sponsored links, copyright in the fashion field, and expert evidence in industrial property infringement actions involving patents, software, trade dress, and unfair competition.
Coordination is under the responsibility of Judge Cristina Tereza Gaulia, Director General of EMERJ, and Luiz Edgard Montaury Pimenta, President of ABPI.
You can check the complete program on ABPI’s website and register through our App.
