CSD-ABPI chambers already operate on a new technological platform

The procedures administered by the CSD-ABPI Chambers — Domain Names, Arbitration and Mediation — are being hosted on Adam Tecnologia’s platform, which is specific for managing arbitration, mediation, and conciliation processes. According to CSD president, lawyer Manoel J. Pereira dos Santos, the advantage of the new system is that, despite using all of Adam’s technological infrastructure, each CSD chamber can be accessed in its customized space with the CSD-ABPI logo. “This will simplify bureaucratic and administrative steps, which will result in stronger data security and more effective controls”, stated the lawyer.

The Domain Name Chamber is already operating within the new system. The Mediation and Arbitration Chambers should migrate to the new platform in December.
