ABPI and WIPO sign agreement

ABPI’s Intellectual Property Dispute Resolution Center (CSD-ABPI) and the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) Arbitration and Mediation Center have just signed a collaboration agreement for the use of out-of-court dispute resolution mechanisms in the area Intellectual Property, reducing the negative impact of legal proceedings in this area. Cooperation will also extend to the exchange of experiences and the joint promotion of events, mainly in the area of​​mediation and arbitration.
